Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for elderly care? Our client, a private healthcare group near Huyton, Liverpool, is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their dedicated team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a nursing, dementia, and residential home, ensuring high standards of care.
This role offers a salary of up to £21+ph depending on experience. You'll enjoy a full-time, permanent position working 38.5 hours per week, 3 days one week, and 4 the next. Additionally, you'll have the chance to lead a team and make a real difference in the lives of residents.
Our client is a private healthcare group committed to providing exceptional care and support. They operate a small, close-knit home that specialises in nursing, dementia, and residential care, offering a warm and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
As a Clinical Lead Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of nurses and care staff
- Assisting the Home Manager in running the service
- Ensuring high standards of care are maintained
- Liaising with relatives and external healthcare professionals
- Providing hands-on clinical care
The Clinical Lead Nurse role comes with an attractive package:
- Annual salary up to £42,300 working 3 days one week and 4 the next
- Day shifts from 8am to 8pm,
