Job Credit Controller. Remote, Liverpool

Robert Half has partnered with a professional services business based in Liverpool to recruit for a Credit Controller on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join a busy finance team, supporting the management and collection of outstanding debt across multiple divisions. For the right candidate this role offers a salary of £28,000 - £35,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a section of the ledger and support the wider credit control team
• Chase and follow up outstanding customer debt
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries
• Process credit and debit card payments
• Provide accurate data for monthly debt review meetings

Requirements:

• Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role, ideally within a large organisation
• Organised, punctual, and methodical in approach
• Strong numerical and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous but full training will be provided

Benefits:

• £28,000 - £35,000
• 1 day work from home and 4 days on-site
• 27 days holiday (plus buy/sell option)
