Our preference is to employ a direct workforce and this means that, currently more than 80% of our work is carried out by our own operatives. We have 5 contract managers and they are responsible for 5 operational teams consisting of 40 operatives. These operatives range from trades-persons to highly multi-skilled personnel, and apprentices (5).
